The SEC virtual event is being offered free to all registrants. You must be registered in advance (prior to the first day of conference) to attend the virtual event in order to receive unique login credentials. *In lieu of a registration fee, we are encouraging attendees to make a donation to Feeding America.

Because the registration links are unique to each registrant, the person attending will need to register for the event (prior to the first day of conference) to receive their individual login credentials.

Virtual events bring the experience of an in-person conference to your personal computer. Just like an in-person conference, you have the freedom to choose the sessions you attend. Some say that attending the event in its entirety (the keynote, breakouts, and TechConnect) will help you to get the most out of the experience.

You will be able to start building your virtual event profile after you register. Then you will have your unique login credentials to access the site and look at the agenda.

We encourage you to register early so you have access to the agenda and can build out your schedule early. You can, however, register the week of the event if you need to.

No, there isn't an app this year. Everything is accessible via the web on a computer or tablet.

The virtual event will all take place completely online. Once you register, you will be provided login information to access the virtual sessions.

For the best experience, we suggest using a desktop or laptop computer and a Chrome browser. If you don't already have Chrome, you can download it for free.

No, a webcam is not needed.

No, a microphone is not required.

All sessions are listed in Central Daylight Time (CDT).

Yes, all the recorded sessions will be available for viewing 24 hours after the live streamed presentation. They will be accessible via the client portal after the conference.

There will be a link to a help desk within the conference website.

Each participant for the virtual sessions needs to log in through their own user account. The access permission (or user role) is granted through your unique user account. If you have registered someone on your behalf through your own user account, they will need to log in with the user account.

CPE Credits are not being offered for the virtual SEC this year.

From the conference website, click on "Agenda" from the menu side bar, then you will have access to the full agenda of live streamed sessions as well as the on-demand library. Be sure to plan ahead and know which sessions you want to attend and when they are happening. Enter the session room early so you don't miss anything.

Yes, these will be rolled over to next year's conference.

Within each session, the downloadable PDF can be found at the very top of the session (if available).

Yes, we can resend the confirmation email. Please send an email to SEC: requesting a confirmation be sent. Once your request is received, your confirmation will be emailed to the email address on file. Please check your spam folder in case the communication is being placed there.
